Thank you for your interest in applying for travel assistance to attend scleroderma-related conferences and events. This fund offers reimbursement of up to $500.00, dependent on available funds, to help cover travel and accommodation expenses. 

Please complete one application per household. Reimbursements will be processed upon submission of original receipts. Priority will be given to applicants who are newly diagnosed, first-time attendees, and those experiencing financial hardship.
